What do I need to bring with me when I tour/visit the apartment community?

You will be required to provide a valid picture ID to tour our communities when you visit the leasing offices: Driver License or Passport, and all adults (18+) must present acceptable identification for this purpose to tour the apartments, vacants units, models or community amenities.

What factors can negatively impact my application?
Factors that can negatively influence a decision include but are not limited to debt to income ratio, rent to income ratio, evictions, judgements, criminal convictions, collections, charge offs, repossession, unsettled bankruptcies or recent bankruptcies, and current or recent rental delinquency.
What if I am a first time apartment renter?
No problem! We are able to work with first-time-renters, providing other qualifying criteria is met.
Do I need renters insurance?
Renters insurance is required at our communities. You may obtain your own renter’s insurance or you can utilize ours for only $9.50 per month.
When is my rent due and how can I pay?
Monthly rents are due on the 1st of each month. Late fees begin on the 4th of each month. Acceptable payment methods are via resident portal, or obtaining a rent slip from the leasing office which you can easily pay your rent at the nearby stores such as: CVS, 7-Eleven, or ACE Cash Express.
How much notice do I need to give to move out?
A 30 day written notice, prior to your lease expiration is required. This notice should be given via tenant portal or to the on-site office.
What is the qualifying criteria for your communities?
We require that your gross income equals 2.5 times the monthly rent, or more, as part of the qualifications for approval. We require you to provide proof of your income with recent paycheck stubs, offer letter of employment or in some cases bank statements or IRS Returns.
As part of the application process, we will review your rental history, income, criminal background, and public records search.
Do I need to come to your office or meet with you in person by appointment?
No, you can skip the trip and the traffic! We can assist you wherever you are by simply applying online! Reit-group.com
How long of a lease will I need to sign?
Our lease term is 12 months although; we can offer a short term lease of 6 months with short term upcharge.
What is the resident portal?
All of our residents have access to their resident portal. You can pay rent online, submit maintenance requests, all with just a few clicks of your mouse!
What is your pet policy?
We allow fur friends that weigh up to 15 lbs with a $300 pet deposit, half is non refundable.
I need some work done in my apartment, who do I call?
You can submit a maintenance request via your tenant portal or you can also call the leasing office directly to report any concerns.
